Induction training

Our induction training includes basic introduction of the company, rules and regulations of each department, process, product performance, selection and operation, and application of products in various industries. The induction training is aimed at all new employees to help them adapt to their jobs as soon as possible.

Internal Training

Our internal team of lecturers is composed of a group of senior technicians who are familiar with the product, understand the application of the product and grasp the trend of the product. Intra-company training brings employees the latest company trends, new product introduction, industry development direction and so on.

We select high quality training institutions and first-class external lecturers to provide our employees with excellent external curriculum resources. As long as it is beneficial to the company and employees, we will actively support staff training.
